CKFinder Error. The file browser is disabled for security reasons.

I was getting an error when running Joomla 1.5 and and a image browser from editors like CKEditor, JCE and JoomlaCK. I tryed to browse for images to put into my articles but kept getting this error, The file browser is disabled for security reasons. Please contact your system administrator and check the CKFinder configuration file. I looked around and finally managed to solve the problem after a long error and try also with help of forum suggestions. I initially thought that it might be a server error, because the website in question is on a new server and the error does not occur on my other websites. Anyway, I haven't found a solution for the server part and the solution you find here is only solved through CKFinder plugin in Joomla. The problem is quite easy to figure when you know were too look.
To fix the error follow the steps posted here and hopefully it will work for you as it has done for me. As always when dealing with solutions online you should remember to backup the files before you change anything encase you ever need to go back to them.
1. Enter the FTP Server for your website.
2. Navigate to /joomla_root//plugins/editors/ckfinder/
3. Edit the file called config.php in your favorite editor (example notepad)
4. Go to line about "40"
5. Change the the code from

as you see, simply change the part saying "false" to "true".
6. Save your change and the browser should be working just fine now. Sometimes it still doesnt want to work but I found that I need to clear my browser cashe and history mby refresh the page couple times for it to work properly.
